I work at the Open Learning Agency in British Columbia, Canada. Ours is a
distance learning organization, offering "anytime, anywhere" learning
opportunities at the secondary, college, and universtity levels, and we
have a educational broadcasting service - the Knowledge Network. We have
embraced the "learning organization" concept for approx. 3 years, and are
attempting to structure ourselves to support generative learning.
Two things that are of particular interest to me: how do we record,
organize and retrieve our generative learning - much of which occurrs at
the individual or departmental level, but needs to be accessible by all.
The second is tools for learning to communicate using advocacy based with
enquiry.
