Hi,

I just recently joined this list and I'am already very impressed by
the diversity of topics and perspectives on these topics that is being discussed.
I myself am a researcher at the Centre of Organisational Learning and
Change at Nijenrode University in the Netherlands. The centre was
founded in september 1993 and is currently consisting of a core
group of 4 researchers and a number of associated researchers.

Besides running workshops on topics such as team learning and systems
thinking, we are doing research on a selected number of topics such as
- for instance - learning within teams, the use of scenario's for stimulating
learning at different levels within an organisation, and evaluative
research on methods and tools for surfacing and negotiating mental
models (e.g. mental modelling).

My research field is specifically focused on methods and tools for surfacing and
negotiating mental models, that can be used to facilitate learning.
Any suggestions or discussion regarding this topic will be very much appreciated! I
hope we will share many insightful experiences on this topic or any
other topic within the field of organisational learning this coming
year.

Greetings,

Michel E. Hofman
