One thought that occured to me as I read your passionate plea for
assistance is that you might look at your situation with a different
frame around it (assuming you are not way past this idea, already).

If it is true that this stuff works better from the "top down", perhaps
you should concentrate your efforts on the group where you are the "top".
If you can create the climate, behavior, and success that you seek in
your own magaerial area, perhaps others will be motivated to figure out
what you are "doing right"! Of course, at that point, you can be mysteriously
vague and make it an intriguing process to puzzle out for those who _are_
interested. (This also reduces the frustration of banging against the
brick wall of "continuous conventionality")

Look elsewhere for the companionship and support of convivial minds in
the meantime--on this list, for example!!

In any case, good luck with the process and keep exploring.
