I actually think a boring part of the companies I've been in is the
constant need all the executives on the way up have for being right. The
one predictable thing in the high power business environment is that
everyone will disagree and state their opinions as if they are gospel. I
think it's much more exciting to work with a group who is willing to forge
a better future by working together and building off ideas rather than ego.
