Introduction:
Hello all! I am pleased to have found out about a disscusion list on the
Fifth Discipline. I find the concepts within quite fascinating and have read
the book twice. I am a manager at a small hospital, and with the coming
changes in health care, we need to become systems thinkers now more than ever
or we will never survive.

I am looking forward to see how the dialog develops within the forum and hope
to be able to contribute.
