I would assert that a CEO who is constantly looking externally and trying
to change himself and introduce new things into the org (as in the upside-
down org) will be more likely to end up with an L-O if he or she properly
supports such change activity with adequate staff support like the Zenger-
Meller training for the Achieve group or any other TQM process change.
