I too am interested in how to introduce the L-O ideas. My paid work is
installing computers and networks which open L-O opportunities. The costs
and benefits can be clearly presented. The return on investment for L-O
activities are usually more abstract and longer term. The statement in
the 5-D Fieldbook "Ultimately, the most compelling reason for building a
learning organization is because we want to work in one" is true, but a
little more detail would be useful.
