For systems thinking, try "The Systems Thinker" newsletter, available
through Pegasus Communications. P. O. Box 120 Cambridge, MA 02142. (Or I
bet you can E-Mail them; since I think Kellie Wardman is a member of
this list. Is that right?) You might inquire about a complimentary
subscription; I'm not sure whether it is still offered.
My company, Innovation Associates, is another good source. 3 Speen
Street, Suite #140, Framingham, MA 01701. (508) 879-8301. And 7070
Bayview Avenue, Thornhill, Ontario L3T 2R4, Canada (905) 731-7991. IA
concentrates on Learning Organization applied to business, although we
have extensive non-profit activities. We have a reading list of our favorite
articles, etc. If there is interest, I will try to post it here.
The Learning Circle, 83 Silver Hill Rd., Sudbury, MA 01776 (508)
443-2723. Among other things, it is developing a worldwide network of people
interested in Learning Organizations and should be a great source of
who's doing what where.
Finally, The MIT Center for Organizational Learning, 1 Amherst Street,
Building E-40, Room 271, Cambridge, MA 02139 is particularly focussed on
leading edge research into LO's.
There are many others but I must stop somewhere. Perhaps others will post
their favorites?
P.S. CONGRATULATIONS! Bill Ketter, and welcome. You're doing GREAT for
your first day.
