New member introduction

I am not sure whether it is common to introduce oneself, however, I'll give
it a try. I am a Ph.D. cand. in Informatics, researching in the field of
process-organizations. This includes BPR, TQM (to a limited extent), and
even concepts such as organizational learning, since this appears to be a
presumption for the establishment of self-managing teams, which is
currently emphasized in many change approaches.
My current focus is on the migration process from bureaucratic to process
network organizations, including theoretical implications and
methodological approaches.
