trying to make sense of the health system ahs understand what it requires to
make it work better.
I think Organisational Learning always has been a strong component in health,
but has been largely ignored as a policy issue in virtually all countries that
I know anything about. OL, though, is crucial to solving the current problems.
I am interested in anyone looking at OL in the health system.
