The Defense Logisitics Agency (DLA) had a software application for
conducting a "self assessment" of your organization or company.
We've found if very useful and revealing. Recommended changes were
quickly implemented...and the survey conducted annually since 1991.
It includes separate surveys for the work force & staff, with graphics
to display the results and help with benchmarking.
For non-DOD or commercial organizations there is probably a fee, but I
would highly recommend that you FAX a request for a copy or at the least
obtain the software's author & address.
