We gave a weaving demo for
kids from the Chilmark School and handed out bookmarks (or doll house rugs,
depending on your needs) to each student. All were woven on the same
warp described in the first picture at the top of this page.

Katherine warped the Mighty
Wolf at 36 epi, using 20/2 cotton, for
dish towels (of course)! The pattern
is an adaptation of the shawl that is
the cover story of Weaver's, issue
13, page 34. Purple warp, wefts will
be various colors.

The bolt comes off the loom, Jan 01.
Now to be cut and hemmed. Some
of the dish towels are made with a
shiny or sparkling weft and will be
scarfs. It is hard to take a picture of
20 yards of warp!
