I am a J-made owner, and just got this letter from a friend of mine
in
another city. I have the J-comp 16 shaft, and weave with Fiberworks
PCW. I Just got PCWE's upgrade to V4 silver and the loom driver
is now
available in their new windows based version. I also just recently
made
a change of
computer hardware, using a gateway laptop and gateway docking station
to
hold the loom driver card. Dale Johnson had told me that others
would
probably want to know how I did that, so if you think others are
interested let me know and I can send you the specifics.
We also recently learned that our loom has
fuses! They are easy to
replace, but we sure were worried until we opened up the side and
figured out why it wouldn't run!
I love the j-made, it has been completely trouble
free for 6 years,
and if I had any problems it was software or windows causing the
problem.
