Low Carb Almond Meringue Cookies |

10 egg whites 1 pinch cream of tartar 1 1/2 cup Splenda, granular 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 lb almond flour 2 tbsp vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet w/ parchment paper and grease it. Beat egg white, vanilla and cream of tartar until foamy. Then add Splenda and cinnamon and beat until stiff. Once stiff, gently fold in ground almonds until well combined. Drop teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper 2 inches apart. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cookies brown lightly. Check often because they burn quickly.
