Dear Morris, Your offering and altruism are much appreciated. Here is a situation: I am involved in a Net project with the purpose of dissiminating Brazilian cultural values through the understanding of the musical work of our artist Chico Buarque. We maintain a list; we are preparing a FAQ document and will then generate a Web Page, all that with help of a Brazilian university where the server is located. The source of much of the material is from published books and records. My questions: What do we have to be concerned in terms of intelectual property, copyrights?; How can we avoid any legal action, etc? This is a non-profit iniciative. Thank in advance for any help. I am posting at the list since the issue might interest other members. Regards, Sidney
