Hope this is not too commercial: an excellent book is
Journalism for Beginners, by Joan Clayton, pub. Piatkus Press.
	I haven't met Ms Clayton, I have no financial interest
in the sales of her book - I just wish I'd written it because
it's so good.
	Straight to the point, no-crap step by step instructions
by one who went from being dropped in at the deep end to
earning a good living. Beautifully written - no wasted words.
