High pressure centered over the northeast early this Saturday morning will drift off to the northeast today. The region will see generally partly sunny skies with some high clouds. Highs today will range from the upper 20s to mid 30s. Clouds will thicken across the region tonight as low pressure begins to develop off the north caroline coast. There will be a chance of some light snow after midnight with southeast sections having the best chance of seeing snow. Lows tonight will range from the mid teens to the mid 20s. On Sunday the low will begin to move northeast, following the gulf stream. The result will be an increasing east to northeast wind developing over the region in the afternoon.
