The strong late February sun angle should allow temperatures to recover despite the snow cover. Expect highs in the upper 30s to lower 40s across the region. Sunday night mainly clear skies and light winds will allow for another good night of radiational cooling. Overnight low temperatures will vary considerably across the region. They should range from 5 to 10 above well inland to between 25 and 30 in along the coast. Intensifying low pressure well east of Cape Cod will continue moving seaward. High pressure reaches the mid Atlantic coast Sunday and Monday. Another storm arrives Tuesday, departing in a blustery fashion on Wednesday.
