north of the Mass Pike receiving the most rain. High temperatures will be well
up into the 40s. Normal highs for the first week in February are in the mid
30s. Tonight periods of rain continues with lows from the lower 40s along the
coast, to the mid 30s across southern New Hampshire, and western
Massachusetts. A series of low pressure systems will be tracking across
southern New England during the next 36 to 48 hours with periods of rain into
Thursday morning.
