The first arctic cold snap will end today as high pressure moves offshore.
Last nights lows were colder than yesterday with the winds dropping off. A few
colder valleys across southern New Hampshire drooped down to minus 15°. Today
after a chilly start temperatures will rebound back into the upper 20s to
lower 30s, some 15° warmer than yesterday. Tonight skies will partly cloudy
with lows in the upper teens to lower 20s where there is no snow cover. Areas
with a snow cover should drop down in to the lower teens to the single
numbers. The weekend will see a gradually warm up a southwest flow develops.
