Clouds will be on the increase tonight as a weak storm over the Ohio valley tracks east and redevelop along the mid Atlantic coast tonight and then pass east of Cape Cod by early afternoon on Sunday. This will bring snow to southeast Massachusetts and a chance of snow farther north and west. Amounts should range from an inch or two, with isolated higher amounts of up to 4" possible across the outer Cape. By Sunday night a gusty northwest wind developers with winds chills by Monday morning will drop down below zero across most of southern New England.
