Winds were still quite brisk with speeds of 10 to 20 mph and gusts of 20 to 30 mph. Temperatures were in the single numbers and teens. The resulting wind chill early this morning was zero to ten below. A disturbance over northern New York will sweep south and east across New England today. This may bring a few clouds especially in the afternoon, but little or no precipitation is expected. Temperatures will remain chilly with readings in the upper teens and 20s. Gusty west winds will add a chill to the air with wind chills in the single numbers and teens. Weak high pressure will build over the region tonight.
