Temperatures were even a tad cooler at the start of the day, as even many, but not all, coastal locations dipped to the 20s. Inland areas were much the same with lows in the 20s however most areas did not dip into the teens as they did the previous few nights. The high will keep us in a fair weather regime today and right through Monday, with high temperatures similar to today's, perhaps just a bit cooler. Most of us will stay a little warmer at night as well, with lows mostly in the 30s. After that, a slow moving low pressure system looks to be backing westward off the Atlantic, to bring somewhat of a downturn in our weather for Tuesday and perhaps most of the week. On the bright side any rain this next system can provide would at least provide the area with some moisture to lessen rather elevated fire danger levels which have persisted the past several days. === The weather observed at WHITEFIELD, NH at 09:52 AM EDT was: === The skies were clear.
