High pressure will crest over New England today, but clouds will increase during the day as a warm front approaches from the Ohio valley, and low pressure heads for the Saint Lawrence valley from the Great Lakes. While some locations may see a little snow, sleet or freezing rain this evening, most of the precipitation should occur later tonight as the warm front draws closer. A wintry mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain is expected across the interior, with rain or snow near the Interstate 95 corridor. Locations from the south coast to the Cape and islands will just have rain. Another low will form to our south, and track through southern New England Saturday. Any lingering areas of wintry precipitation across the interior Saturday morning should change to rain, before it all ends Saturday night. Colder air will follow in the wake of this system Sunday. === === === ORH Terminal Aerodrome Forecast issued 20-Feb-2004 06:27 EST === 7am: 30007kt P6sm Sct250 11am: Vrb03kt P6sm Sct120 Bkn250 10pm: 12006kt P6sm Bkn045 Ovc100 2am: 10008kt 2sm -sn Br Ovc008 5am: 11010kt 3sm -fzrapl Br Ovc006
