Clouds will then slowly increase tonight and Tuesday. Temperatures will be milder each day, with readings in the 40s and 50s today and in the 50s to near 60 on Tuesday. Low pressure over the Great Lakes will weaken as it passes well north of New England on Tuesday. A second low pressure area will develop near Arkansas today and move up the Ohio valley on Tuesday.
