This allowed temperatures to cool off to the upper teens and 20s. Some clouds in western New York will race across New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Otherwise, today will be another sunny day with the chilly morning air giving way to more seasonable readings this afternoon. Daytime highs will range from the upper 30s in parts of New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts to the mid 40s in parts of Connecticut, Rhode Island, and southeast Massachusetts. The high pressure will bring another chilly night tonight, with readings again dipping into the teens and 20s. As the high moves to our south Monday, clouds will also return to the region on Monday, with enough returning to dim the sunshine from time to time. Warmer air will also return to the region, with high temperatures 5 to 8 degrees higher than today. Low pressure over Kansas will race northeast today and Monday, passing well to the north of New England on Tuesday. The low will swing a cold front through New England Tuesday night, bringing showers to the region from late Tuesday through early Wednesday. === The weather observed at WORCESTER at 07:54 AM EST was: === The skies were clear.
