Low pressure will develop well east of New England today and tonight, causing winds to pick up along the eastern Massachusetts coast, Cape Cod and the islands. Skies will average out mostly cloudy. There could be a few flurries or sprinkles as an upper level disturbance moves across the area. Highs will be in the upper 30s to lower 40s. It will be chilly tonight with lows in the teens across western areas, ranging to the 20s across the east. A high pressure ridge will build across the region on Tuesday, with partly sunny skies.
