The Rules

I'll list your Internet radio or video station on my Streaming Media Sites page if you can meet a few simple requirements:

Your media streams must be available non-stop, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

You must not require the user to register before he/she can play your streams (i.e., your listeners/viewers must be anonymous to you).

Your media streams must be playable using freely available software, such as RealPlayer, Winamp, XMMS, QuickTime, or Microsoft Media Player.

Your media streams must be playable using a standalone player application -- no Web browser required (except to launch the player). NOTE: A Web browser window with an embedded player applet that plays the stream is not considered to be a "standalone" player application.

If you offer MP3 music streams, they cannot have a sampling frequency below 22 KHz. (This rule doesn't apply to voice streams.)

If you meet these requirements, send me email with the links needed to launch a player for your streams, and I'll update my page.
