Directions to the Boston Gay & Bisexual Married Men’s
Group, 29 Stanhope St.
By subway:
Go to the Copley station on the Green Line. Walk diagonally across Copley Square in front of Trinity Church to Clarendon St. Go south on Clarendon past the Hancock Tower (tall glass building). You will see the an empty storefront that used to be the Hard Rock Café on the corner of Clarendon and Stanhope Street. Turn left on Stanhope, go past Bertucci’s 3 or 4 doors to the Living Center, 29 Stanhope St. The Living Center is an agency for HIV positive people; we rent a room on the 2nd floor for our meetings. Check in with the volunteers behind the desk, then go to the second floor, turn right, and at the end of the hall you’ll find the Library, a comfortable room with easy chairs, rugs, books on the walls, and 10-15 friendly members of our group. You won’t be the only new person, and the regulars will remember how it felt when they came to their first meeting. Relax! You’re among friends.
By car:
From the North or West, find your way to Storrow Drive, go south on Arlington Street, go right on Columbus Avenue, use one of the parking lots on the corner of Columbus and Berkeley. Walk west on Columbus St. past the Club Café, turn right after the Mistral Restaurant onto the alley that leads directly to 29 Stanhope Street. Continue as above.
