6:15 - Welcome, Introduction, General Announcements

6:30 - DATACAD BASICS:
In version 10.02 two mutually exclusive toggles,
"Scl2View" (Scale to View) and "DispScal" (Display Scale), were added to
the Hatch/Pattern menu, allowing you specify how hatch patterns will be
scaled in the preview window. We'll review how it works and how to use it.

7:00 - INTERMEDIATE TOPIC: 
A free public beta version 10.05 was just
recently released.  We'll go over the new features; what they are and
how they are used.  (This topic may be shortened or superceded if Mark
Madura has something else to show us.)

7:45 - BREAK:
Time to grab some refreshments, network with colleagues,
and share some tips and tricks.

8:00 - ADVANCED TOPIC:

By using one of our current projects we'll show
examples of how XREFs, XRefClips, and Multi-Scale Plotting all come
together on a project, from Construction Drawings to Revision Sketches.
Related topics will include the Stamp Plot feature and when to use
XRefClips vs. regular Clip Cubes.

Directions to 14 Howard Road
============================

From Rt. 95/128    (Approx 20 min.)
· Take Exit 29 for Rt. 2 West.
· Go 6 miles (the traffic will look bad, but it moves relatively quickly
after the first 2 sets of lights)
· Pass by Emerson Hospital on the left and go straight through that
traffic light
· At the next traffic light turn left (Rt. 62 West)
· At second traffic light bear left (still Rt. 62 West)
· Go 3.4 miles to the traffic lights in the center of Maynard (you will
pass by Ciro's Restaurant just before the lights)
· Turn right at the lights
· At the next set of lights go straight (do not bear right).  You will
pass the Police/Fire station on your right
· Go straight through the next set of lights as well.  You will be on
Summer Street.
· Go 0.6 mile.
· Take a left onto Howard Road.
· Go up the hill, past Abbot Road.
· 3rd house on right will be #14.
· Park anywhere on the street.
 

From Rt. 495    (Approx 15 min.)
· Take Exit 27 for Rt. 117 East.
· Go approximately 5.5 miles into Stow.  You will pass by a strip
shopping center on your left.
· Just after the shopping center take your second left, onto
Pompositticutt Road (changes to Summer Street in Maynard).
· Go approximately 1 mile.
· Turn right onto Howard Road.
· Go up the hill, past Abbot Road.
· 3rd house on right will be #14.
· Park anywhere on the street.
