ITEMS PENDING

1. Flooring in Front Entrance (Tim Collins (American Floors).  (Should Finish in three weeks, baring mold.). Paid in full.  Almost done.  Call Lynn re cost of substraite.  (ALMOST)
2. Fireplace R&R.
   • Chimney Sweep (Randy) flue OK and reinstalled cap.  DONE)
   • Broken Class to Martin Glass.  Paid in Full.  (7-10 Days)(Cindy).  Needs to be installed.  (ALMOST)
   • Paint the exterior (Nick)
   • Rehab Interior (Hearthside) (two to three weeks).  (Approximately $95.)
3. Two Windows (Downstairs and Master Bathroom)  Bid from Doug Crandall, A M Richards Glass, (636) 757-1300.  Agreed and Down Payment Made ($342.60 and first payment of ~$171.30).  (Came by to Install Mon 31 July.  Need to reschedule.)  (ALMOST)
4. Electrical Work.
   • Major rewiring should close up on Tuesday.  DONE
   • Installation of fan needed in downstairs bathroom (Cedric?)  CRK Call Cedric after Nick confirms.
5. Pick up Bagster Bag.  Call Made.  Scheduled for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.  (DONE)
6. Reschedule Home Inspection.  (Pending)

INTERIM PLANNING

1. Paint the Front Door Frame, outside.
2. Paint the Hallway Entrance Ceiling.  (Out for bid?) Paint mold on wall near dehumpty.  Kills type paint.

FUTURE PLANNING

1. Fix Doorbell.  Options are Cedric examines, and if that doesn't work, we buy a wireless substitute.
2. Replacement of burned out Halogen Flood Lights outside garage back door.
3. Are shower doors working?  Nick inspect and report.
4. Decide on method of doing lawn.  Options include Cindy, Tim the Yard Guy, or hiring out to someone else.
   • Buy Weed Wacker.  DONE.  Delivered Thursday last week.  (DONE).
   • Cindy purchased lawn mower (reel) so doing herself.  (DONE)
5. What is that second switch in the upstairs hallway, outside Nick's bedroom.
6. Put hose in dehumpty.
7. Fix the Sump Pump.  Not right away.
8. Fix Attic Fan.  Not right away.
9. Replace towel rack in Main Bathroom.
10. Reverse light switches in main bathroom (move main too left and two small to right)(ergonomics)
11. Fix the main bathroom toilet so one movement of handle is sufficient to drain the tank.  (Some plummer).
