Meet Fairview Heights Requirements for Habitability

ITEMS:

  1. GFCI left of kitchen sink needs to be operable.
  2. Kitchen sink needs to be operable.
  3. Garbage disposal needs to be operable.
  4. Exposed wire from garbage disposal needs to be covered in conduit.
  5. Fireplace doors and screed need to be operable--replace missing glass in door.
  6. Northwest corner of living room flooring is soft and the fireplace hearth has pulled away from the wall and is leaning towards this soft spot (needs to be repaired).
  7. Main bath sink needs to be oeprable (no water).
  8. Main bath has no electricity.
  9. Main bath does not have a window or working fan.
  10. Hallway needs a smoke detector instaalled.
  11. Master bathroom sink needs to be operable — no water.
  12. Master bathroom needs the shower to be operable — no water./LI>
  13. Master bathroom door must be re-attached.
  14. Master bathroom needs working electricity.
  15. Master bathroom needs hand crank reattached to operate window.
  16. Southwest bedroom needs smoke detector.
  17. Northwest bedroom needs hole in wall repaired.
  18. Fix or terminate switch for whole house fan located in upper hallway.
  19. Basement needs smoke detector.
  20. Basement needs a window installed where boarded up.
  21. Half bath downstairs does not have a working fan or window.
  22. Cover all exposed wire in walls of laundry and furnace room with Conduit.
  23. Cover hot water exposed wire with conduit.
  24. Cover open electrical box on wood burning furnace.
  25. Make central air conditioiner work upon demand.
  26. Fix entryway floor—fill in missing pieces of flooring.
  27. Finish covering ceiling and paint in entryway.
  28. Caulk brick molding at front door to prevent insect infestation.
  29. Remove tree limbs from structure.
  30. Repair soffit around the residence to prevent infestation.
  31. Repair wooden gates.
  32. Repair downspout at northeast corner of residence.
  33. Repair or replace overhead garage door.
  34. Clean all gutters.
