- GFCI left of kitchen sink needs to be operable.

fireplace hearth has pulled away from the wall and is leaning
towards this soft spot (needs to be repaired).

Main bath sink needs to be oeprable (no water).

Main bath has no electricity.

Main bath does not have a window or working fan.

Hallway needs a smoke detector instaalled.

Master bathroom sink needs to be operable — no water.
