The Art Stools in the classroom were worse than pathetic. Torn, duct-taped beyond hope, and basically a very poor message to any art student that no one cares. Denise LeBlanc, TDM Education Director, suggested redoing them and we got right to it. (Thank you, Denise. What a difference!) Art students and guest artists contributed the paintings. We ended up stretching canvas over every stool, priming them with gesso and here are the results:
