Been waiting for this...wine tasting at Bochendal.  Sauvigion Blance 1998 was beautiful.  These wines are not widely distributed in USA or Australia.

Coffee Bay Golf Course in the Transkei region on the east  coast.  There is little room for error!  The cow droppings also present a challenge.


Huts in the Transkei region, home to the Xhosa people.  One Xhosa woman spoke with us using the famous clicking sounds!


Our Zulu guide shows us the Bushmen rock paintings in the Main Caves at the Giants Castle reserve in the Drakensbergs Mountains.   The paintings were of cows, kudu, medicine men, bushwomen, bushmen, settlers and other animals.
