A&M Sina / "Kinetic Lightworks" Exhibit / Butler Institute for American Art The Neon tubes are acting as pendulums, the motion starts at one end with the Neon pendulums slowly moving upwards. Then the next tube starts to move up, finally when the last tube starts to move, the whole Lightwork generates a final climax and starts again. This process takes several minnutes to complete.
