Alejandro + Moira Siña
Light Artists
Artists using light and motion as a media of expression for indoor and outdoor sculptures. Alejandro was awarded a Fulbright fellowship in 1973, to further develop his work at the Center for Advanced Visual Studies (CAVS) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.); first under Gyorgy Kepes, and later under Otto Piene as Directors. Alejandro and Moira have worked as a team since 1978, and together their lightworks have appeared in numerous group and solo exhibitions nationally and internationally.
