Set Report Page 2

It's taking a while to get everyone and their gear shuttled down from the main entrance, so really not much happens for a while, at least not for us extras. Brian is supposed to be taking behind-the-scenes photos, but he's too busy driving the shuttle van, so for a while I walk around with his camera as well as mine taking pictures of whatever's going on. Otherwise I stay out of the way!

Shane, in the trooper outfit, is directing the film. Dawn (gray sweatshirt) is the producer and manages the activity at Panic Struck Base. Here they consult with the woman playing the Jedi heroine.

Ah, the perils of filming on location: volunteers are needed to move the porta-potty out of a shot!

Hey, at least we had a porta-potty. The alternatives are unpleasant to think about.

We wouldn't want the porta-potty spoiling the shot of this lovely green pool of whatever this ick is.

Later today the troopers will march the prisoners around in front of this while a couple of troopers watch from the platform.

In the late morning, Dawn at last rounds up the extras. We hear and obey!
