The cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps 6-7. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed; the second bedroom
has a double and an extra long twin; the third bedroom has bunk beds (linens and towels are provided).
The bedrooms all open onto a
living room with a new gas firplace that keeps the house warm on cool fall evenings. A
single bathroom contains a sink, toilet, and a stall shower (no bathtub). The modern kitchen has an Jenn-Aire
electric
stovetop, oven and microwave, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The stovetop has a grill insert and a
griddle insert for pancakes, etc. The kitchen includes an eating area with views of the lake. A beautiful,
large, screened-in porch on the back of the house provides
panoramic views of the lake and the Adirondack park and mountains on the New York side of the lake.
The cottage is set on over an acre of land with a large, sunny yard, and plenty of waterfront. Lawn furniture,
a Weber grill, and a children's swing set are included with the house. Access to a private dock is via a rustic
path and set of stairs. At the dock, a canoe, a dinghy, and a 17' Mercury Sloop are available for your use.
A mooring is available for those that wish to bring or rent their own boat.
