whois

whois output contains the following information on a specified user:
Username, full name, program, idle time, biff/hunger state, tty name,
write permission, and terminal location, user id, group id, home
directory, login shell and groups, any plan which the person has
placed in the file .plan in their home directory, and the project on
which they are working from the file .project also in the home
directory. If the local system has an inquire database more
information will be displayed.

It is preferable to use the whois command with a username as argument,
otherwise it will take a few minutes to scroll through all the entries
for everyone who is currently logged in.  For example:

   world%  whois jones
   -User-     --Full name--           Idle TTY -Console Location-
   jones      . T. A. Jones                q82 annex (Virtual Terminal)
                                         6 r4  annex (Virtual Terminal)
                                        20 r18 annex (Virtual Terminal)
