exit

Use the exit command to terminate your login session.  If you have left
any suspended jobs in the background, exit will issue a message that
"You have stopped jobs" to provide you with an opportunity to back out
of those stopped jobs cleanly.  A reissue of the exit command will 
terminate those stopped jobs and your login session.
