I think the construct exists in the Spanish language, but again is
known as responsibility! The person who is responsible for a task or
action has to account for it or report to someone else for its execution!
Responsibility is also used in Spanish to identify the person who is
responsable on his/her own. THe one that can be trusted, etc.
