In the meantime, for specific information regarding the use of the
Issue-Based Information System (IBIS) methodology to support
the development and update of a 'corporate memory' for (and by)
software developers, I recommend that you check the work done
by Jeff Conklin while at MCC (late '80's and early 90's)
There are several publically available papers on the subject... the
one I can put my hand on (you'll see why in a minute :-) is
