Replying to LO7383 --

I'd like to build on the notion of relationships. With our group, we've
found that the people who really want to learn, really want to build
organizations, keep coming back for more. A quality system leads to an
info system, to leadership training, to marketing, to.....

One company that began as a client for a business plan is now using us to
do organizational, info system, and factory design. Another that opted
for having us develop documentation for ISO 9002 refused to go any
further. They convinced themselves that the documentation was the system.
I keep in touch with some of the key players who did understand the need
for developing a system and give them free chaplain services.

If you're thinking we may be biting off more than we can chew, the key to
our success is cooperative venturing with other groups. A consultancy, at
least for us, is somewhat of a virtual university. We probably learn more
from customers and competitors (and lists like this one) than we do from
most of the training and education we invest in.
