Hi, Michael. I just wanted to let you know that I have found the past
couple of posts you have written quite valuable. As a Learner and an
intructor at the community college level, I really resonated with what you
described as useful goals for the college experience. Also your comments
on leading "from behind" track along with mine quite well. They are a
welcome bit of fresh air for the discussion about what leadership _is_.
Thanks for sharing (as they say in California). Your thoughts help me to
continue learning...
