I have been quietly monitoring the dialog that takes place among members of
the group for about two weeks now and I have yet to introduce myself but
when I saw your thread I thought I would suggest Larry Donnithorne's work on
Followership contained in his work The West Point Way Of Leadership. In his
opinion, the concept of followership is an absolute prerequisite to becoming
a leader in or out of the military lifestyle.
