I am so curious and interested in finding out where the following vision
and interst is actually taking place, especially in the Chicago area where
I am from.

My vision is OPTIMAL LEARNING, TRAINING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
individuals and organizations gaining permanent change and desired results
learning what they need when they need it utilizing all appropriate
methods, interventions and resources.

To fulfill the vision, I have been developing several models or programs
for total, systematic learning and improvement.

*The goal/purpose is GAINING PERMANENT CHANGE AND DESIRED RESULTS using
evaluation to know whether you are gaining permanency and results and what
improvement is needed.

*Training, a course is redefined/conceptualized as NOT JUST TIME IN THE
CLASSROOM, BUT THE NECESSARY, CRUCIAL AFTER-TRAINING SUPPORT until new
learnings become a permanent part of performance or the workplace and
impact/gain desired results.

ALL THAT LEARNING HAS TO OFFER IS BROUGHT TO BEAR on the result/outcome
that is wanted. Learning needs are met with whatever the appropriate
method, learning preference/style, intervention or resource.
Training/courses become one of the tools or resources.

Having an electronic, media based LEARNING CENTER OR SOME COORDINATING,
"ONE STOP AND SHOP" ACCESS to all the different learning methods,
preferences, interventions and resources.

Having a COMPLETE, SYSTEMATIC LEARNING PROCESS from requirements gathering
and intervention development to delivery and evaluation utilizing the
electronic, media based learning "center".

Becoming a LEARNING ORGANIZATION/COMMUNITY by having optimal learning and
improvement processes/systems on-the-job and at all levels---individual,
group and organization.

I want to be connected or part of those who are fulfilling the above
vision and actionsteps (all or some of them). And maybe you have something
to add that I hadn't thought of. Much appreciate any thoughts, ideas,
suggestions or who to contact.

Thank you,
Randy.
