Rol Fessenden discusses what business owners want. In addition to his
comments, I will add. Business owners want people who can learn, grow,
and develop. They want people who think and people who are willing to
read for new information. Businesses want people who are willing to
change; indeed, some, not all, businesses, want people who can lead
change.

Businesses want people who have a positive upbeat (the glass is half
full) attitude. They want people who have high self-esteem and who
are willing to contribute to an environment or system bigger than
themselves.

Regards,
