Thanks for the reminder on the LHC technique. It reminded me of earlier
reading and a practice I have often used when attending workshops
presented by others. I use a right-hand column technique to track
performance characteristics I want to remember or those I want to be sure
to leave out. I will use the LHC technique tomorrow with a group of
business owners and another workshop for individuals making the jump to
independent work; i.e. work not jobs, independent contracting.

As a side comment I am finding the question "Think back ten years from
today and tell me if you could predict where you are today from that point
ten years ago." The answer is usually "NO" and this seems to take the
stress out of making further change. Now the LHC can help expand the
thinking in looking at contracting and independent work with a fresher
more positive attitude towards change. Thanks again LHC Tool Folks!!
