Cocktail Sauce for Shrimp |
| 1 cup chili sauce
1/3 cup lime juice 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish (the kind you keep refrigerated) 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce Combine all ingredients, put into a bowl that isn't metal, cover and chill. This makes a hot sauce, if you don't like it very hot, add the horseradish a little at a time until it tastes right to you. We serve this with cold boiled shrimp and vegetable sticks. |
