| Parmesean calculation
I want to make Parmesean out of goat milk and cow milk. I need to add skim cow milk to 3.5% goat milk to come up with a fat content of 2.5%, which is what my Parmesean recipe calls for. 3 1/2% of 2 gal = .07 gal cream
